I’m in love with the apartment I’m sharing with you today! Okay, I say this often, and well… If I’m sharing something on the blog, I obviously love it, but this apartment got under my skin. The first obstacle for this love is the fact that it is sold, so we’ll skip even naming others. My source is Alvhem. I assume you’ve already heard about the company or already saw some of the impressive apartments they sell.  The place I’m writing about is in Gothenburg, has 54 sqm and is in a building dating back to 1887. Not to mention, beautifully decorated – simple, scandinavian style, with vintage pieces and occasional (and oh so charming) pop of pink or gold!

Design Crush: ferm LIVING

If you haven’t heard of the name ferm LIVING, you must have seen some of the products around the Internet. It’s a company based in Denmark, offering products for every room in your home. Retro charm, yet contemporary, beautiful colors – to name just some of the reasons why this brand is so popular, and why it captured my heart as well. Who could describe it better than the designer Trine Andersen herself:

“I have never created anything on the basis of strategy or cool calculation; it has to come from the heart for me. I am very happy and grateful – and still somewhat surprised! – to see that these designs have appealed to so many people worldwide. And I still stick to the same design philosophy that began it all – doing what feels right. Then it has a much better chance of feeling right for someone else too.”
